Tour Stops is a program the Alumni Association is sponsoring to assist the corps while on tour each Summer. While coordinating with the Corps’ administrative staff, we would like to recruit alumni, family, and friends that live in the areas of show stops to assist. Our goal is at least three people per show site but more would not be turned away. Any assistance that would keep the instructional and administrative staff on location and on plan would be greatly appreciated.
Some example of needs:
- Corps arrives to new hosting site and realizes it’s short for breakfast and needs to get started in order to be on schedule – ‘Can you grab us 12 gallons of milk?’ may be the next question.
- Personal transportation for injuries, meds, etc. for members and/or staff
- Cleaning or stepping in on the food truck.
It’s one day of time that you can contribute to the corps and provide a home town welcome to additional members that will one day join the alumni ranks.
